Monday's Asian Wall Street Journal has an article aboout TSMC building a new fab. (page 9 in the business briefs section). TSMC and Vanguard Semi will build the plant together. Construction will begin next year with production expected in 2001. The plant will utilize .13 micron technlogy. Can anyone access and post the article? Thanks.
