Jeff, I live in that so-called "best prepared county," and I must say, for a govt. that claims to be on top of this challenge, they have been doing a lousy job of communicating it to their constituency.

Told about the supposed best prepared county in the country and they had one problem take them 60 days to fix !

I missed the show.

Did they go into any substantive details of what the problem was, how it impacted Montgomery's ability to service its customers, & what it took to fix it?
