toby, if you took the time to follow the thread you will see "gloat", was not my word, but merely repeating a word used in a previous post. the issue on the thread is not semantics, gloating is not synonymous with bragging, in fact it is defined by webster as " to gaze with admiration,eagerness,or desire; to contemplate with evil satisfaction"............... litigation for frivolous manners will continue, until the courts disallow same... if you care to discuss the point of the thread, fine...but if you want to speak of semantics, that at least understand the lingua franca.....
