Ken,
It was great seeing a less-biased article concerning NT's so called, "VoIP," plans. NT's press release was a little misleading. Your article clearly states why. Also I wouldn't be surprised if the only true VoIP offering NT plans for this network is over a VPN.

But it's a contract nonetheless. I just wish NT didn't try to play up the VoIP aspect so heavily.
