For information, I am relaying the copy of my message to Safeguard's CEO (no Investor Relations Officer available for SH messages).

Quote

Sir:

I am allowing myself to copy to you my message to your webmaster as I do not find an Investor Relations Officer on your website, nor a way to directly address feedback to the corporation.

You may have been advised that there is a fair amount of anxiety amongst small and also long time Safeguard investors about the manner in which the ICGE IPO will take place. My particular broker does not want to hear about it.

I think that a statement to shareholders explaining just how (mechanically) Safeguard will proceed to allow all, not only those dealing with xyz broker, to participate ... would help. This might prevent a lot of unnecessary movement on the stock as the lack of clarity or misunderstanding is somehow forcing shareholders to consider inept and costly defensive strategies with
stock or derivatives, in order to protect their long position / rightly earned right to participate to the IPO, etc.

In case you wish to get more information about this "anxiety" factor, you may wish to ask one of your assistants to take a look a a few of the numerous bulletin boards that cover the Safeguard stock.

I would not like to to close without congratulating you and the corporation for the great and exciting job and transition your are performing .

With kind regards,

Tom Bunge
