Yes, CS First Boston downgraded Chase, Citigroup, Bank One and J.P. Morgan to sell from hold. The downgrage is somehow related to Y2k as in loans and derivatives coming back to the banks. I can only guess what that is supposed to mean since the hairspray twins spent more time yacking about who knows what rather than read the report. I haven't seen a wire story on it yet.
