Suzanne--> If TSIG fails to put Marty on the BOD, it is a sign that there is some thing to hide (IMO). If this happens, and Marty is not elected to the BOD I will glady divest my self from my current position in this company, I would think that most of the 200 or so investors representing 16mm shares of tsig would do the same. I would hate to be holding the bag when RG has to reprice his shares below .15 cents. I am holding long only if Marty gets on the BOD.

freak!!

<<The Marty-on-the-board question is a no-brainer>> I agree that if Rob and the rest of the BOD truly has our best interests at heart, they will immediately appoint Dr. Frankel to the BOD. The thing that I don't understand is why is this an issue? If Rob owns 14M shares, he stands the most to gain!!!! Obviously there are 200+ investors representing 16M+ # shares that will feel much more comfortable with Marty on the BOD.
