Ok, Favor is explaining that Mayo is worried about third party risk resulting from Y2k, especially in foreign countries, biting the banks in the butt with bad loans and derivative transactions. Seems like a completely reasonable proposition but I would like to know how on earth you would go about estimating the potential consequences with any degree of accuracy.
