Why don't we let the FDA decide that, and why don't you respond to the charges made against you by the company? Is it because they are true, that you have decided to take the law into your own hands?

Why would these conditions be unacceptable to IDSI?? Don't they want these trials to go ahead as quickly as possible??

"After a meeting with the Chief Executive Officer, Medical Director and several of the Board members of Nassau County on March 22, 1999 to discuss the issues, on March 26, 1999, Nassau County provided the Company with the following conditions under which the installation could continue:

NCMC would have a laser expert review the use of the laser for breast imaging,

The Company would reimburse Nassau County for costs associated with the project,

The Head of Radiology would receive print-outs of the results immediately after each CTLM(TM) scan, and

No publicity."

Are these conditions unreasonable??
