Peter: I thought I heard Kraber say, as his voice was trailing off, that Tornado for Managed Switches would be coming out late in Q2. Why was TMS not addressed? Because Wind obviously does not want to set a deadline. The Xact purchase was apparently the final resolution of Wind's frustration with the slow progress of the Xact work on TMS.

Shame on the analysts' lack of questions about TMS and the cancelled technology conference.

"Personal Reasons" for CEO quitting is pure BS. He has clearly been frustrated with the progress of T2, progress of TMS, failed technology Conference, the move to new headquarters, and who knows what else. He figures he has lots of stock, and why put up with the BS from board members, shareholders, etc.

Going forward, Wind is a potential gorilla stock in the embedded space. Short term they need to urgently get TMS out the door. They know this. They will need a great jockey to ride this very fast horse. wj
