hi pw, if you're using ie5 along with system works (and clean sweep), here is a note i came across in fred langa's 'langalist'... "IE5/CleanSweep Conflict Reader Shelton Leslie sends along this tip: Fred, I recently found a solution to a problem with IE 5. I was getting an error (GFP.. APITRAP.DLL or KERNEL32.DLL) browser tune would not cause this IE lockup although certain sites would on a regular basis. It was very annoying to have to restart IE 5 and try again. The problem turned out to be caused by CleanSweep 4 and it's modified APITRAP. DLL There is a patch at Symantec for others with the problem." :) mark
