JBE, am glad you like it, and thanks for taking the time with a red pencil to help make it perfect. It's fun to work together! Please consider the following points.... Yes, Correction #3) "Suppression" was a misspelling that passed the spell-checker and myself somehow, but it didn't get by you! Darn, You're Good! Presto-Chango, Correctamundo!!! Humbly requesting categorical poetic license dispensation from you re: Correction #1) and Correction #2) because... 1) 1a)<<That "lousy-spelled" post very often uncovers>> - It Sings and It's Central. All my creative work is a "Sufi Carpet"; or artwork needing a small planned imperfection so as not to anger The Creator Of All. (promising to never use this as an excuse for a misspelling, You Have My Word). And/Or 1b) The colloquial clumsiness is an inherent allegory. 2) <<An important "nuance to" some plain-looking numbers>> - This line was inspired by a happy SI recollection previous to the ROK/CNXT spin-off. A numerical imbalance contained in a badly written but absolutely correct post about a sales/revenues/earnings announcement by ROK divisions right here on SI led TO hidden treasure via the due diligence highway (see charts and old posts on both since 12/98 for documentation). The nuance wasn't IN the numbers, the source of the shading was elsewhere. The best example I can give would be artists discussing a matter of shadow edge tones; the nuance would be TO (as emanating from the light source behind the object) rather than IN the edge of the shadow itself. JBE, in all honesty, I must admit to being self-serving at times. The title "Copping An Attitude" is my clumsy attempt at wit, trying to communicate how such a glaring character flaw can sometimes be spun to a charming vulnerability when it's properly expressed. Our Own Commander-In-Chief is an inspiration and a Past Master of this arcane art. Now, you've caught me at this twice...making reference to our differences of opinion on teaching methods. To defend my positions, I cannot but intone: "One chooses sides, One puts on the team uniform, One Plays The Game, One Sticks With It." I shall try again, and hope to do better next time. Thanks for your reply and your interest. I Owe You One. Best to you, Joana
