If it's going to cost that much for 1/6 development costs
you better have a lot of diamonds as you must be looking at
3 billion dollars total to develop Snap Lake. Aber's 40% share
of Diavik alone is worth a minimum of 1/2 billion dollars
as it sits in the ground undeveloped. At that rate your Winspear
will be worthless as it would be too expensive to build the mine.
You will have to rename it Sap Lake.
