Thanks for the input. I couldn't find any mention of him in any past quarterly SEC filings. Can you by chance point me to one that'll show his total holdings by way of determining the percentage that 428K represents? Thanks! On another note, yer right, excepting his 144 there ain't been any other insider "stuff" going on, neither of a buying or a selling variety. John~
