Funny, in my experience, when everyone is claiming that the bottom is a long way off, we are usually there already. I hope this holds true today. It's the bullish/bearish sentiment idea...

The average owner's basis in CMGI is $209.22. It would be highly unlikely for the stock to break down below this price. In fact, I'm surprised it has fallen into it's own ownership range of $190.84 thru $227.60 where 60%+ ownership lies with 20% above and below this range respectively. The mean being very close to $210.00.

When institutional owners start realizing paper losses -- they will usually DCA on the weakness -- assuming the story is still in tact. This has begun to happen. I think we will see a sudden pick up in volume -- should the stock break down below $210.00.

In addition we should have gradually larger retail/pedestrian buying as the split date approaches -- adding more imminent support.
