Thank you for the URL.

I just took a look and to be one of these designated sellers, a person must do a minimum of $2,000 worth of auction business/month. This cuts-out a lot of the flim-flam people I have discovered [and reported to SafeHarbor]. Once a person attains one of these levels, he/she might think twice before pulling a fast one. What this does not do is preclude the seller (with either a bronze, silver, or gold designation) from having a number of other aliases to bid on his/her auctions or give him/her phoney feedback.

Anyway, its a start. I still, however, would like to see eBay change their regulations so that everyone has to give a credit card number for purposes of verification.

Regards,

Lynn
