Larry:

As someone who has significantly more experience than yours truly in watching MU's price movements (and as the resident Yoda), can you shed some light on the following:

1. What is it that has been keeping MU trading in a close, tight range (around 37) in spite of a barrage of negative news (falling prices, lowered estimates, a glut to which no end seems to be in sight etc.)?

2. Is it possible that the stock price is manipulated by a few big dudes with big money (G - possibly like yourself) that want the stock to maintain these levels?

3. How come the stock does not seem to be following the fundamentals? Given that even Dan Niles, who probably is on the Micron payroll for uttering asinine opinions that most likely get laughed at even within Micron, seems to have thrown in the towel - he thinks it is only a long term buy (sell everything and get outta the planet in common parlance)

4. Is DRAM as we know it dead (given that it costs more to buy potato chips pound for pound these days - G -)

Best Regards,

Sridhar
