Doesn't look like the deal went south...looks like it just hasn't been completed yet. I don't see anything wrong with the company so far...aside from the usual delays that seem to happen to every company when they are starting up. Everyone thinks , and hopes, things will happen overnight but in reality...it's a business and it take time to develop. I don't see any .com on the end of MZR so we have to exercise some patience.
