Clinton's being held responsible for stonewalling the investigation of the scientist by his Justice Department. The theft of the specific secrets were primarily the fault of those who run the laboratories. The Lockheed-Martin missile technology transfers, the DOE nuclear and submarine warfare secrets, as well as others were Clinton's fault.

Who said Clinton should be held entirely to blame? Not me. Not anyone I've heard quoted or seen. What's your point? The question is why was the spy allowed to continue after he came under suspicion and why did the "Justice" Department obstruct the investigation? That clearly occurred on Bubba's watch and deserves a close look at. JLA
