Lee, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 1999--Wave Systems Corp. WAVX announced today that it has received formal approval from the Listing Qualifications Panel of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. for its listing application for the Nasdaq National Market(R). Accordingly, with the opening of trading on Thursday, May 27th, 1999, Class A Common Shares of Wave Systems Corp. is scheduled to commence trading on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "WAVX."
