What Schwab failed to do in a friend's account is move her CMGI options over too. So when she tried to roll out of the May contracts she sold by buying them back and selling the June contracts, Schwab's on line service said she didn't have the securities in her account. Had to talk to a real person at Schwab, bring them up to date on the account history, and 30 minutes later, have them "work the order". What a kick! She was buying them back at a steenth on a no bid/steenth market and it took 30 minutes for a fill. Could bake a cake in that time.... Well, brownies, at least. Mark A. Peterson
