I read somewhere recently that Nostradamus predicted that World War III will occur in July 1999, triggered by events in the Balkans. What impact, if any, do you think a nuclear attack against the US might have on interest rates? Would the whole market go down, or just the buildings?

PS: Just in case, I'm picking up a few shares of WMI.
