I agree with all that was said about the importance and benefits of putting Marty onBOD. He has already done potentially great things that should benefit the Company greatly and if he is not put on I would feel there could be something terribly wrong at the highest levels.

Sam, what is there to hide? Paul Henry has assured me numerous times that everything is on the up-and-up. I called Friday to ask for an up-to-date total on the number of shares Gordon owns. He said he didn't know if he could tell me that. He said that might be inside information which would make him a tipper and me a tippee and we would both go to jail. Imagine! He and I could both go to jail because he told me something that the government wants me to know and that I was going to share with several hundred shareholders! If Marty was on the board, do you think the number of shares that Gordon owns would be a state secret? Why all the cloak-and-dagger? Surely Mr. Gordon still owns every one of those 14 million shares last reported. Regards, Suzanne
