tony, I believe that it would have been in the market makers best interest to up the ask when there was a lot of hits at the ask of $0.22. I am starting to suspect that someone else (the dark force??) may be placing low asks in to keep the stock from rising - it would only take $200 at 10,000 shares to put in an ask at $0.01 below the last ask to keep the price down.
