The good news continues.

I think we can see from this why MRVC is expanding this concept with a new domestic company!

Greg, do you still see no revenue potential here?

HYPERCHANNEL TRIPLES TURNOVER

Security service market explodes Hyperchannel, the innovative internet business solutions distributor, has had stunning first years trading. Annualised turnover has soared from a predicted US$4 million to US$12 million. Also staffing levels have risen from an initial 2 people to the current levels of 25 within the year.

The success has been validation of the initial strategy on which Hyperchannel was founded. The company has also positioned itself perfectly to capitalize on the current explosion in the security sector and in particular the trend to add support services to the security offering.

Approximately half of the companies profitability is derived from this market and the future potential in the UK and across Europe is very favourable.

"Hyperchannel is in excellent shape considering we have been trading for almost twelve months. I am excited about the coming growth plans we have especially our developments in Europe," commented Nick Kandola, Managing Director of Hyperchannel.

"I am delighted with the way our security arm of the business has
flourished. Many organisations believed that it was sufficient to tackle their security problems by just simply installing a product such as a firewall. This is not the case and organisations are really waking up to the level of sophistication employed by your average hacker and therefore the thorough steps which must be taken to protect the information asset".

"We regularly carry out internal security audits for organisations and spell out exactly where potential weaknesses may be in their technological infrastructure. This is by far the most efficient method of ensuring that the organisation can trust the measures in place to protect potentially their most valuable asset"

The results clearly validate the strategic channel marketing-led
approach pioneered by Hyperchannel and stand the company in excellent shape for the coming year's planned growth.

Further sign additions to the Hyperchannel stable include the following three companies L3 Network Security, Axent and ODS Networks.

"We have signed up with Hyperchannel as they are one of the few
specialist who have been able to consistently deliver on their predicted levels of business discussed at the outset of the relationship. They are quickly developing into a major force in the channel." commented Louis Oley, European Channel Manager of L3 Network Security.
