PaineWebber said INTC has replaced Texas Instruments as "Analyst's Best Call" selection
PaineWebber analyst John Lazlo said in a research note that
Intel (INTC: news, msgs) has replaced Texas Instruments as
PaineWebber's "Analyst's Best Call" selection. PaineWebber said its
12-month price target is $80 a share with the possibility for 40 percent
upside movement and also said the price projection is the primary reason
for its new selection. Lazlo also expects Intel to benefit from the Internet
as it provides its Xeon processors to OEMs. Intel shares fell 1 to 56.

Jules, good question. Sorry I don't have a good answer for you.

But...Intel didn't do the traditional Dinner this year as the meeting was an afternoon meeting instead of the usual morning event.

Your name was always on the "dinner" list in my experience. I don't know what list was used for the meeting invites this year (usually sent out by fax to a big list of institutional investors)

the "general list" is a tough one to keep current/accurate. lots of movement of people and firms.

your ommission may have been a simple clerical error - perhaps you should call IR to make sure your on whatever list is currently kept. I suggest you ask for Jennifer Mercer - she'd be my guess for person keeping track these days - but I'm not certain.

regards,
