Cook County . . . Nobody cares about Cook County. When IDX got the deal, it didn't do anything for the stock. Now that it is installed, or being installed, it's even less of a news item. So gdog says the top guy on that project is leaving? I remember gdog posting that IDX was screwing up the installation. So maybe he's reporting -- without knowing it, of course -- that Scullion is fixing a personnel problem on that project. Gdog seems to have a few facts in his immediate vicinity (Midwest/AFIS market) but his evaluation of them is always ridiculous.
