I think the market would have to be in a downward trend over a period of time (weeks) not just a couple of days to justify pulling the plug on the IPO. Not that the market isn't in need of a correction. <g>

I'm looking forward towards tomorrows offering. This is good exposure for FC in general. I'm sure FC will be highlighted on one of the segments on CNBC. Hopefully one of the company officials will be interviewed.

It's a possibility, but from what I hear the offering is over subscribed and that it will be brought tomorrow. Considering the weak market, especially the nasdaq, I think ancr is holding up well. I wonder if this is a good time to come out with an announcement timed to the Brocade IPO.
