Well that is certainly true. Of course, the point of bringing up Reagan is to somehow exonerate Bubba of his malfeasance. That's all.

They slipped the 88 technology out under Reagan and Bush. But Bubba handed them the Crays to make it work, the missile upgrades to get them here and the targeting technology to hit what they're bombing in exchange for campaign contributions. That is the difference. Hating Reagan won't change that.
