Chris,

It's all very speculative at this point. I'm speculating that the LU/EDIG recorder will be picked up by at least one brand, and that Lucent Microelectronics will include EDIG and TI in their Road Warrior project. If this happens then EDIG could be considered an internet appliance company depending on their involvement.

As for DIMD, I think that the RIAA's distaste for MP3 might be holding them back.
