Michelle, how did they threaten him? By the way, all I saw of Bateman was wierdness. Was it funny? I guess it depends on one's sense of humor...Don't know about the MSFT thread, but he committed himself to nihilistic flooding here...I am happy if you have gotten job offers, truly! I have no real idea of the quality of your stock posts, although now I might peek :-)...As I have said, Bill and JLA can play rough, but they have always been swell to me. I have chided them both publicly and privately for going overboard, but I am not their Dad, and cannot control their behavior. In the time that I have been on, Daniel has been the worst offender, and others besides Bill and JLA have been pretty obnoxious, too. It is therefore hard for me to pick on them, whereas Daniel went out of his way to fight with me, and to try to disrupt conversation on this thread...Anyway, I will have to take your word for it that they are pariahs elsewhere, but you will pardon me if I do so with a grain of salt <VBG>, since they seem to get on well with most people, the exceptions being Daniel, you, and lorrie....Maybe it is just "bad chemistry"....

Lies. I have been a member since January 1998. With the exception of one particular stock thread in which I do participate regularly owing to some special circumstances, I almost never post on any stock threads (opinion threads in the coffee shop are another matter). The number of posts I have made on stock threads, aside from the one I mentioned, I estimate generously number less than a dozen. I have never participated with enough frequency for ANYONE to form an opinion nor have I ever received any flack or negative messages from all the legions who supposedly hate me according to Harris. Its impossible for me to "wreck" that in which I fail to participate. This post is simply put, a festering pile of garbage. JLA
