Not a good sign for the thread when someone like Mark Peterson CPA is trashed for expressing an honestly held opinion. I don't necessarily agree with him on MSGI, in which I currently hold 1k shares, but I would like to know more about why he thinks that way and promise not to invite him to leave the thread if his views disappoint me. Why is MSGI with no earnings and given what we know about it any worse an investment than many other internet plays out there also without earnings? I also don't agree that a company has to grow "organically" before it can grow by acquisition. I think the internal growth sometimes comes with the acquisition rather than before. The test is how effectively the acquisition is assimilated.
