s&p and the s&p future do trade out of sync with one another at times. But not usually. The spx usually follow the future movements.

I had a very good day today.
I have to believe it is because I did not trade.
I stuck to my rules.
I could have very easily spent a couple of hundred dollars
in commissions trying to get in and out of stocks but I stayed
with the ones I have because I believe in my DD.

I firmly believe sometimes the best way to make money is to do
nothing!!!
