Bob,
I did answer your question....they will need the money for legal bills and the amount of the class action settlement, over and above what the limit of their insurance coverage is, however, I suppose a realistic settlement would be Aber's treasury plus the limit of their insurance coverage.....if the settlement award were to be higher, perhaps liquidation of some or all of their interests in Diavik and or Snap Lake might satisfy the award:-))
