Dear Wally, Generally speaking: 1. Not hiring promoters. 2. Minimize forward looking news releases. 3. Utilize reputable private placements. I agree with you they are by nature start up companies, that said it does not excuse the reprehensible behavior of some of them. It will be very interesting to see how this all washes out post the deadline.
