NAVR Management is a bunch of idiots for dragging this out. You kinda knew the market was going to start doing this. Like it was stated many times in the past, management missed many good opportunities to get their asses in gear. I feel that the opportunity for the big gain may be lost. (I apologize for beating a dead horse when I state this.)
