<<Still believe it is a good long termer>>

Evan: You need to do what you need to do when it comes to allocating your investment dollars. I eliminated my DELL on margin last week and have A LOT of buying power available for later in the summer. This afternoon I chose to buy NETP for the 6th time. It is my LARGEST holding -- by a long shot. Most of my NETP is in my online IRA and that's the ideal place for a volatile, high potential internet stock. The reason I made a big bet on Net Perceptions is that I am familiar with the management team, the e-commerce marketplace, and the unique NETP collaborative filtering technology. I honestly believe that NETP's future potential is incredible.... All of the internuts were under pressure today -- check out BVSN, DCLK, and SILK. They all sold off. IMO, these are all good companies and they will rebound. Yet, I believe that NETP has more UPSIDE than most other richly valued internet players. Investing is all about taking calculated risks. When NETP reveals some major new contracts / alliances and is better understood (and appreciated) by a broader range of investors...then it will really start to run. I intend to be onboard this train when that happens. I will not sell any of my shares until the fundamentals change or until we have a massive run-up.

Best Regards,

Scott
