IRVINE ... go look at MEGALIFT last year... .03 rumor of an elevator deal soared to .36. the news release had been pulled .. no number and we Dug deep on that one and it was reporting. The insiders sold off killing the internet. the only bad information came from the OLD PR which we like you did not believe. Now I believe the old president has resigned ... there is no office, no filings, no business and I believe that means the only contact is with the last Pres who is suppose to have these timber deals at his home. NOw I have gone through this on a numerous bunch of these penny stocks. SO I will ask you the following... Contact this mysterious dept everyone and ask them where is the news release that was suppose to be out today? Why have the news releases of old been pulled or removed from the PR news wire archive? What is the OS and float? What is the business or better yet is there a business at all? How many shares held by insiders still have restrictions? This one is starting to STINK!! Has all the marking of an SEC investigation around it. Simple enough to provide the current phone number of who is being contacted about all this rumored information to the internet and what their position is in this company or whatnot? Now I bought blindly because it was cheap ... Then making a few calls and lo and behold it has all the makings of a fluke!!! Just be careful and if you are talking to the ex CEO at his home I would really be careful. Now if someone would like to give me a number of who knows about this stock then please do . I merely post what I find and I grant you old PRs do know a lot of the times what is happening and they can be held liable for false information. SO we shall see. :-) GB
