I encourage you to get involved, and while you are at it get some answers to my questions.

Do you know what discovery means ? You may come to find out that is a double edged sword.

I anxiously await a request for my trading records. Never owned nor shorted this stock.

i just wanted to point out to all posters
here that one does not have to have financial
gain in mind when bashing a stock. libel is
libel and there is precedence. one must have
the ability to understand the difference between
lieing about a company in a public forum and posting
negatively-biased facts.

i think a continuous pattern of malicious comments
can be determined to be libelous with the intent
to harm a company's reputation.
