Amazing. That is absolutely amazing.

It is almost beyond belief that an attorney would actually do that.

In my opinion, that letter constitutes clear harassment, assuming it actually came from someone connected to Business Wire.

I'm astounded.

I hope they have turned these threatening e-mails over to the proper authorities for the sake of the employees. It would be negligent on their part to do otherwise and instead soley focus on you.

They should agressively pursue prosecution of those responsible for threatening innocent employees. That should be considered a corporate responsibilty. Has anyone inquired with them regarding this?

Was just informed of this post through a post on "Welcome to Silicon Investor".

Seems to me, that it is easy to trace a "threatening" message. I would think that anyone who sends such messages should not do so. But in any event, finding fault with you...well, Business Wire should find fault with the Press as well....should they not?

After all, Business Wire probably makes their address as well known as possible and this turn of events has been mentioned in the media. That's how I found out about it.

E-Mails are not indecipherable as to origin. If Business Wire was truly serious they would determine who is sending these messages and scout them down. The ploy seems to be to get someone else to do the work. I think, perhaps, Business Wire may guess that even a judgement in their favor will require them to Prove a Dollar Value of Lost Name Recognition. Hence, this angle that they have taken.

Of course, they could never retrieve enough money from the Accused as they are attacking what I presume to be people of moderate income .... such as myself.

In other words, Business Wire attacking the "Mouse That Roared" is not going to put much in the account, to my way of thinking, neither financially nor politically. It is from this perspective that Business Wire falls down. They have no gain from this, objectively speaking, and as a result portray themselves as a Business that has only a meager grasp of business.

As such, I imagine Business Wire might somehow view the above read was your fault. Sorry, did not mean to get you into further trouble simply because I commented candidly on a news event and from the perspective of Business Wire that obviously must be your responsibility.
