Sam, I think that if Marty is put on the BOD, it will be a big win for the "small investors community" in that their voice is finally being listened to. How much power will Marty have is another question. If he were to land on the compensation committee, it could be quite important, but otherwise, he'll be requested to stamp his OK on Board decisions. If he refuses too often, he may not last. Finally, with Marty on the board, he will not be able to tell us what transpires there (but then , I presume he cannot do that right now either). Zeev
