Sorry to hear it, Cobalt. There should be a fine for setting up a meeting situation like that and then cancelling it without notice. It does seem sorta inconsiderate. Bummer.

We gave up at 4:25, I called the trustee, they said it had been called off I was wearing my lavender blue Empire-bodice dress, speaking of coincidences. At least the weather was beautiful, it has been raining but they said they couldn't tell me why. a lot the past couple of days, and everything is green, we sat at a picnic table and there was a canopy of green overhead, rustling in the wind. Oh Cobe! THat's disappointing. DO you want it enough to check further into what happened? Something sounds awfully strange about this whole thing. Well, maybe there's something even more wonderful ordained just for you in the future. And when it happens you'll say- oh thank GOD we didn't get that other house." ANd at least it was a pretty day and you were wearing an Empire style dress which you now know drives men wild. At least some men. At least Gaugs. We'll all have to wear one to the party. Well, one each, not all of us in one.
