Paul Henry returned my call this afternoon. R.Gordon has not issued any shares since the February conversion of the million dollar debt. He has not sold any shares. Thus, as of today he has the same number of shares as reported in the 10K which is approximately 14 million shares. Henry apparently had to ask a lawyer if he could tell me this. So if anyone was wondering why the company couldn't get the distributors' contract ready in 6 months, it is because the lawyers are doing such frickin things as telling Paul Henry he can tell the shareholders how many shares Gordon owns. I told Mr. Henry I would calling next month with the same question. Regards, Suzanne
