Deb that is true ... heck I thought you were a woman ... Now that I am in this one and getting flamed I am bound and determined to get to the bottom of this past history checkered stock. The more I check through sources I know the more this one stinks. Apparently the story goes something like this... There was a contact with the JV that had all the lumber deals that was looking to go public to raise capital in developmenting some land overseas with erotic wood. He came in VCAH and the OS was suppose to be 11-12M OS and 3-4M in the float. Once this man came in he got options not stock and there is a fight with shareholders of which one that holds 6M shares and two other shareholders that hold 3M between that are wanting the 6M guy out. Now that is 9M shares. Suddenly, the Old PR guy informs there is 11M in the float which is immediately disagreed with by this Avalon fellow who states now there is 15M in the float. Now no one knows how many shares are OS or the amount of the options OR the float. However under the shroud of the internet there are some who have the information that are spreading the rumors. Also according to some there is a deal or something that might be in the works but no one has any definitive information on this deal. There is a lot of turbulence in the stock structure. Now as I dig deeper I will post what I find. Someone better hope there is a news release that is going to clear this up ... My concern is that 3 people that are not manangement in this stock holding 9M of 15M in the float ... Anyone talk to the Transfer Agent. How many shares will go out on this rumored deal? How many is the OS and authorized and restricted and options? Oh well ... I will continue to dig ... There is more I am finding out but I will try to verify prior to posting. :-) GB
