zurdo, I don't believe market conditions are holding up the spinoff at this point. The market has always had these bouts of advancing and retracting 2 or 3%, and will continue to do so. If NAVR/Everen are waiting for ideal conditions they may have to wait a long time. IMO the IPO paperwork is simply still in process, either at the SEC or at NETR. I will make a WAG that the IPO will trade around 6/18. I base this on my opinion that the roadshow has not yet started and I believe will not start before 6/1 (management will not ruin their family's Memorial Day weekend for a business trip). If the show lasts 10 to 14 days takes us to 6/15 (Tues), that leaves Wed or Thurs for pricing and Friday 6/18 for trading. All just my WAG and IMO. chuck
