Upon reflection I am rethinking my last post... I had not realized the "original" post of LE has now been removed from SI... There could be several reasons LE's disparaging remarks about J. Naughton were removed. ---Since it was proven that his remarks were completely inaccurate... LE could suffer legal litigation and sanction and therefore requested that his "erroneous" remarks be removed. And then he followed up with a retraction on this board. If his only motivation to rescind his previous remarks was due to threatened legal action...well then I gave him too much credit for doing the right thing. --On the other hand, if there was no perceived or threatened legal action and he still wanted to correct his earlier position...he still gets credit from me. Either way, I am still bothered ...that the original post was removed. Aloha, Mary

Mary, I'm calling LE a liar because he was told that his post was untrue and that he needed to do some DD. He took the News release of JNNE and brought inflamatory and false accusations against J. Naughton, when he didn't know any facts. He was told to go to the company (JNNE). He was told that he hadn't talked to the right people at JC Penny who would know anything anyway. This guy (LE) is skeleton chasing, period, And I'm sick of it. Mary, go down the thread and read every LE post. He has one motive and anyone who is willing to distort and post garbage without proper DD is not my favorite. I just want honest facts, good DD, post the good with the bad. Good wins over Bad!!!!!!
