Actually the Clinton requested the Miami Herald to do this at the request of Chairman Mao Ze Dong (Moose Tongue as he is affectionately known by his good buddies in the US Military). Furthermore, the real reason behind the scandal is that the Communists do not want the device to come into being until after Lenin is properly buried, because if they could use the CTLM to image Lenin, they will see that he is actually a clone. While this may not be a great mystery to those in the inner circle, it may surprise you to know that John Lennon was of the same clone, as is certain individuals who are still alive. Clones of what, you might ask. Aliens. But since Lenin will now be properly buried soon, the CTLM may be allowed to come into existence. All of this is not conjecture, it is actually narrative from a soon to be released book I am writing called "The Great Cover-Up", subtitled "How I Lost My Mind on the Way to the Trout Farm"
