M2: The CC is over. Go and read the SI NETP and the Yahoo NETP boards I have been doing a lot of work on them and I'm finished for the night. In my view, the results may disappoint the weirdos who thought that there would be a blockbuster surprise less than a month after the earnings were spelled out in a filing with the SEC. The share price could be negatively affected if the net stocks are under pressure again tomorrow. But since the results were exactly as stated in the IPO the share should be worth what it has been worth since the IPO. In addition, I think the underwritng firms will reiterate their BUY and Strong BUY and hopefully some non-underwriters will step in within the next day or two with positive recommendations. The business news is upbeat and I am impressed with their capture of Richard Branson's Virgin Megastores. (He is going online - modelling himself on Amazon.com but hoping to outdo them in CD), he is also in airlines, trains, financial services and hotels. I would think there is big scope in Europe and I notice that in the CC they are talking about that and about a joint venture with a Japanese company, which should take care of Asia. They are also working on differentiation of product and repeat business.
