Jerome, I don't believe that sophisticated investors would react to the ratio itself. I could be wrong. Further, I don't believe that those who don't understand the book to bill are likely to have a major influence on SCE prices. Re Queen Victoria. You've got the advantage there. I've never met her. I'm much too young. LOL. Ian.

OT: Victorians Jerome, If you ever have the chance, you should see a film called "Great", which is a musical comedy animated biography of the greatest engineer and architect of Victorian Britain, Isembard Kingdom Brunel. It won the Oscar for Best Animated Short Film in 1975. It has a musical number "We Are Victorians!" that is a real crack-up. Sounds like it would be just your cup of tea. Highly recommended for all Monty Python fans. ==John Cuthbertson
