Antidumping Duty Investigation of Dynamic Random Access Memory
Semiconductors of One Megabit and Above (DRAMs) from Taiwan

On May 24, 1999, the Department of Commerce announced its preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation of DRAMs from Taiwan.

Initiation: November 12, 1998
ITC Preliminary Determination: December 7, 1998
ITA Preliminary Determination: May 21, 1999
ITA Final Determination: October 3, 1999

If the Department makes an affirmative final determination,
the ITC must make a final injurydetermination. If that determination is affirmative, the Department will issue a duty order.
